After 15 years of painstaking research and development, the Perlage System was launched in 2008 and is now the industry leader in sparkling wine preservation technology. Perlage is used in over 10,000 restaurants worldwide in over 150 countries.

Our customers include Dom Perignon, who extensively tested the product and commissioned a custom version of the product specially designed to accommodate Dom Perignon.
