Not all CO2 cartridges are created equal. The stamping and drawing process of the steel casing uses machine oils and solvents, and if these substances aren't completely removed, they can impart off-flavors to the CO2--even if the CO2 itself is completely pure and food-grade.
Our CO2 cartridges are the highest-quality food-grade cartridges on the market. The manufacturing process uses the most rigorous, state-of-the-art techniques to strip all solvents and oils used in the manufacturing process from the empty cartridge. Then they are filled with pure, food-grade CO2.
The cartridges we sell are 16 grams in net weight, with a non-threaded neck. They are compatible with the handheld fillers used in home versions of both The Perlage System® and The Perlini System™. All of our cartridges are made of clean, recyclable steel.
