Not all CO2 cartridges are created equal. The stamping and drawing process of the steel casing uses machine oils and solvents, and if these substances aren't completely removed, they can impart off-flavors to the CO2--even if the CO2 itself is completely pure and food-grade. We source our CO2 cartridges from the most technologically advanced factories in the world, which have developed proprietary methods to thoroughly clean and sterilize the cartridges before filling them. We further test every batch to make sure you are getting purest CO2 available on the market.
These 16 gm cartridges are compatible with our handheld pressurizer, and are used in both the Perlage Champagne Preserver and the Perlini Cocktail Carbonator. Under typical usage, one cartridge will allow you to fully carbonate 2-4 shakers of cocktails. Box includes six 16-gram food-grade recyclable CO2 cartridges.
